• Tech support staff: Experienced customer service representative with good customer relations, phone, and organizational skills. Duties include answering and resolving tech support calls and emails, trouble-ticket resolution, monitoring and trouble shooting the network problems. Candidates should have strong computer and Internet knowledge and able to work independently.
  
  
• System Administrators: Experienced system administrators with good knowledge about UNIX and Windows servers. Duties include monitoring TCP/IP network, Unix and Windows servers; performance regular server backups; install new server software; repair and troubleshoot failed servers.
  
  Microsoft Certified System Engineers (MCSE), Red Hat Certified Engineers (RHCE), and Oracle Certified Database Administrators (DBA) with working experience are preferred.
  
  
• Sales Account Managers: Inside and outside sales representatives and sales consultants. Highly motivated and driven. Must have good presentation and communication skills. Our service is needed by every business. We receive quite a lot incoming sales leads each month for hard working deal closers. Salary plus commissions and bonuses for high achievers with potential income over US$100,000 a year.
